	The Co-Operators Group Insurance Vision Award Outstanding Human Resources Volunteer Dave Stephens, Hydro Ottawa Limited Dave Stephens is an Occupational Health and Safety professional who combines his safety expertise with a passion for volunteerism and community involvement. In the last 20 years Dave has volunteered over 3,500 hours to deliver safety training and set up safe work processes for Ottawa-area firefighters. He has also spent 500 hours developing and delivering electrical safety training for children.
	The Ray & Berndtson Vision Award Service Provider Excellence Lynne Toupin & the HR Council Staff Team (Allison Griffith, Vanessa Humphries, Simone Pfeiffer, Lee Rose, Bonnie Shiell, Leona Wall), HR Council for the Voluntary & Non-Profit Sector The HR Council's website is home to the HRToolkit, a popular, valuable and free online resource designed to address the unique challenges of managing HR in voluntary and non-profit organizations. This project involved the complete redevelopment of the Toolkit to make it more relevant and applicable to its users. In 2007, the site averaged 55,000 visits per month. The average user spent 8.5 minutes reading content and downloading practical tools, templates and checklists.
